Information we collect and how we use it

We process your data for the purposes set out in more detail below. The legal basis for processing by us is that the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you and API DE are parties or for API DE to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract. API DE can only provide its services and products pursuant to contracts if you make the necessary Personal Data available to us.

Sometimes we may ask you for your country and preferred language to better assist you. Statistics and Login Data – We may collect the following information: Computer data, navigation and click stream data, interactive data, and status management mechanisms if our online services are used. This data is used for the following purposes: Completion and support of current activity, website and system administration, research and development, one-time customization, anonymous user analysis, anonymous user profile analysis and decision making, general administration. This data is used by us and our agents. We collect this data to improve our websites and campaigns and to provide you with a higher quality service.

Your rights and choices
