We process your data for the purposes set out in more detail below. The legal basis for processing by us is that the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you and API DE are parties or for API DE to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract. API DE can only provide its services and products pursuant to contracts if you make the necessary Personal Data available to us.

Email – We may collect the following information: Request time, request date and/or full IP address when using our online services, full name and email address, additionally any message and attachment you may have sent with your email. Sometimes we may ask you for your country and preferred language to better assist you. This information is used to contact you by email in response to your inquiry, as well as for marketing services or information by email if you have signed up for our newsletters. If you are a customer, potential customer or supplier of API DE, you may receive email marketing and/or information in addition to emails regarding our business relationship with you. Forms, Phone Numbers and Other Data – We may collect the following information: Request time, request date, and/or full IP address (if applicable), as well as the information you enter into the form fields when using our online services or that you otherwise make available to us, such as name, email address, phone number, address, and/or other personal information. This information is used for the following purposes: Completion and support of current activity or your request, and research and development of our products and services. For this use, the information is used in anonymous form. If you are a customer, potential customer or supplier of API DE, you may receive marketing and/or information in addition to matters regarding our business relationship or potential business relationship with you. Advertising – We may collect information for various interest-based advertising features. These include demographic characteristics and interest reporting, remarketing, GDN impression reporting, and DoubleClick Campaign Manager integration. (Google)

Statistics and Login Data – We may collect the following information: Computer data, navigation and click stream data, interactive data, and status management mechanisms if our online services are used. This data is used for the following purposes: Completion and support of current activity, website and system administration, research and development, one-time customization, anonymous user analysis, anonymous user profile analysis and decision making, general administration. This data is used by us and our agents. We collect this data to improve our websites and campaigns and to provide you with a higher quality service.
